                    You're not in Cairo anymore.

An Egyptian man making excessive noise in Fatih, Istanbul, was
taken into custody by a SWAT team.  The incident occurred on the
top floor of a 4 story building on Sarmaşıklı Street in the Hacı
Evhaddin neighborhood at 5 in the morning.

Neighbors complained about Karem Sobhy Abdelmobody, who was
playing Arabic music loudly and standing on his balcony screaming
'God is Great!', while threatening those within earshot.  A SWAT
team arrived, based on the possibility that this was a terrorist act, and
arrested Abdelmobody, who has lived in Turkey for 6 years.
